Senators Dunleavy, Gardner, Micciche moved and asked unanimous                                                                  
consent to be shown as cosponsors on SENATE BILL NO. 142 "An                                                                    
Act relating to the powers of municipalities; prohibiting state and                                                             
municipal agencies from using assets to assist a federal agency in                                                              
collecting certain telephone records or electronic data without a                                                               
warrant; prohibiting state and municipal agencies, officers, employees,                                                         
and agents from cooperating with a federal agency in collecting certain                                                         
telephone records or electronic data without a warrant; and providing                                                           
for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered.
